Karunakaran is 52 year old man from Chennai. He came to Pondicherry seven years back after the death of his wife. He escaped from his son’s family because of domestic violence and abuse. After arriving Pondicherry, he went through much abuse physically from local colleagues. Few years back, he was paralyzed on his left side; he is not able to do much but slowly walks around and collects waste with one hand to sell for his survival. At present he is losing his eyesight, by end of January, Snehan plans to take him for medical assistance.
