Snehan: Restoring Dignity

Snehan is a heartfelt initiative under the Goodwill Mission Trust, dedicated to transforming the lives of homeless, disabled, elderly, and ailing individuals who survive on the streets without access to basic needs or employment. Our vision is simple yet profound: to build a Pondicherry where no one sleeps hungry, and no one walks alone—unseen, uncared for, or unloved. Founded with the purpose of uplifting society’s most neglected, Goodwill Mission works to restore dignity and belonging through advocacy, awareness, and empowerment. We strive to create pathways to acceptance and opportunity by offering skill training, employment support, and home-based care for the elderly and sick—ensuring they live the rest of their lives with comfort, respect, and companionship.

Snehan Home

Snehan Home offers dignity, care, and healing to abandoned elderly and sick, transforming lives through compassion, medical support, and love.

Snehan Outreach

4 days a week, Snehan volunteers fetch flask full of tea, bread, and lunch packs, for the old & sick who lives on the street of Pondicherry

Earn with Dignity

It's a livelihood project for the able unemployed homeless adults. Snehan motivated homeless are working in the tea stalls, hotels and shops.

Tailoring

Snehan Tailoring equips marginalized women with stitching skills, fostering financial independence, dignity, and sustainable livelihood.
