Balamurugan 42 years old, became homeless after the death of his wife. He has two daughters married but no support to him. He lives on the streets, very seldom he is hired for work. Due to improper food habits, he developed TB. He was stopped eating solid food from last two months, takes only liquid items. He is very sick and needs medical care. Therefore, Snehan took him to Chest Hospital for medical assistance, first he was refused to admit in the hospital because he has no blood relatives.
