Goodwill Mission – Snehan was honored to participate in a transformative governance training program conducted by Dhwani Foundation, as part of their 12-month fellowship designed to uplift grassroots NGOs striving to strengthen their foundations. This initiative was especially meaningful, as it extended its support not only to operational teams but also to the board members of selected organizations—ensuring holistic capacity-building from the top down.
Our team embraced this opportunity with open hearts and eager minds. Mr. Thirunavukkarasu and Ms. Sheeba Rani represented Snehan with unwavering dedication, giving their full effort throughout the sessions. Alongside over 30 NGOs working across diverse sectors, we immersed ourselves in three days of intensive learning, returning home enriched with insights, tools, and meaningful homework to guide our next steps.
We believe this experience will be a catalyst for Snehan’s growth—helping us reach more vulnerable individuals in our communities with greater impact and compassion. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Dhwani Foundation team for their tireless efforts in equipping us to build a better, more inclusive world.
