For the past two years, we have patiently waited and prayed for the blessing of a solar system at Snehan Home. We reached out to many donors, but our efforts bore fruit only when we connected with Mr. Jay from USA.
As a grassroots NGO serving the most marginalized and neglected individuals in society, we often struggle to meet even basic daily needs. On top of this, the burden of paying ₹9,000–₹10,000 every month for electricity was a constant challenge. With these pressing needs, our appeal was graciously accepted by VRIT Tech Inc, and today Snehan Home proudly has its own solar system.
This on-grid system is expected to reduce our electricity expenses to a minimum and, according to the company, has a lifespan of up to 20 years.
We take this moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to VRIT Tech Inc and to Mr. Jay’s family for their valuable support. Their generosity has lightened and strengthened our mission. We assure you that Snehan will continue to reach out to the unreached, restoring dignity and hope to those who need it most.
