We are honored to share that Goodwill Mission – Snehan has been selected to participate in the prestigious Niranthara Saksham program, a 12-month leadership and capacity-building initiative conducted by Dhwani Foundation. This transformative program is designed to empower grassroots NGOs across India that are driven by passion and purpose, yet face challenges in scaling their impact due to limited resources and skills.
Through a rigorous selection process, Dhwani Foundation identifies organizations that are deeply committed to social change. We are humbled to be among those chosen, and grateful for the opportunity to strengthen our foundation and expand our reach.
The inaugural session was held in Chennai, bringing together over 150 participants from diverse organizations—both alumni who have completed previous training cycles and new entrants like us, ready to embark on this enriching journey. The energy, wisdom, and shared purpose in the room were truly inspiring.
Over the next twelve months, the Niranthara Saksham program will equip us with essential leadership skills, operational knowledge, and legal preparedness. By the end of the program, Snehan will be a fully compliant and capable organization, ready to receive support from government bodies and CSR partners.
