And the other hand we kanthari’s had a chance to meet PadmaShree Dr.T.Venkadapathy Reddiar, the founder of Lakshmi Narayana Crossandra Innovation Centre in Puducherry. We were so happy to meet a passionate traditional farmer, who had a deep desire in bringing changes in the farming sectors to generate more income. Even though he had to stopped his education in class 4 and assisted his parents in agricultural works at his young age, but yet he had an avid interest in science and dedicated his life to flower cultivation with natural technics. Since he believes that flowers play a vital role in the life of a human from birth to death. We had one hour talk, knowing his passion and his invention, gained impressive knowledge.

Fifteen days intensive natural farming training has come to conclusion on Sunday evening with certificate distribution. The experience that I went through was life changing. Now I have different opinion and soft corner for the agriculture. I learned about healthy and unhealthy soil, different types of crops, preparing the land for plantation, giving best nutrition to the crops naturally, making natural pesticides, cultivating, replanting and importance of country cows for agriculture. I can say that my experience was like a blind man getting sight all of a sudden. My learning will not stop with experience but put it in practice to train unemployed homeless beneficiaries to live in self-reliance. I want to take this opportunity to thank #kanthari foundation for the financial support and for creating an opportunity for me to complete the training. As agriculture dimming fast in India. Children are motivated to become a doctors, engineers, IT professionals, teachers, government jobholder’s so on. However, there few precious people, who understand the importance of farming, are trying their best to impart the importance to the self-motivated people like us, in agriculture. Kanthari and Sristi Foundation organizing 15 days natural farming training at Sristi Village. The organization who are working in poverty eradication in India and Africa are the participants. Now three days are over. I can say it’s one of the best education, that everyone should learn for happy life.
